Last updated: May 1, 2026

FullRender Ad Studio ("FullRender") is committed to maintaining a safe, responsible, and legal platform for AI-powered content creation. This Moderation Policy outlines the content standards we enforce and the actions we take against violations.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use FullRender to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

1.1 Illegal Content

1.2 Child Safety

FullRender does not generate content involving anyone under 18, in any context. There are no exceptions.

You may not:

We enforce this rule with multiple layers:

If you believe content involving a minor has been generated or uploaded on FullRender, please report it immediately to legal@fullrender.com.

1.3 Violence and Harm

1.4 Harassment and Hate

1.5 Non-Consensual Content

1.6 Misinformation and Election Interference

1.7 Intellectual Property

2. Use in Third-Party Advertising

If you use content generated through FullRender in paid advertising on third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and others), you are solely responsible for ensuring:

FullRender does not review or pre-approve content for compliance with any third-party advertising platform. Account suspensions, ad disapprovals, or claims arising from your use of generated content in advertising are your responsibility.

3. Content Moderation Approach

FullRender employs a multi-layer moderation system:

3.1 Pre-Generation Safety Classifier

Every text prompt and uploaded image is scanned before generation. Prompts and images that violate this policy are rejected.

3.2 AI Provider Safety Filters

Third-party AI model providers (WaveSpeed, HeyGen, fal.ai, OpenAI, and others) apply their own content safety filters during generation. Content that violates provider policies may be automatically blocked or modified.

3.3 Account-Level Pattern Detection

Repeated attempts to submit prohibited content, even when individual attempts are blocked, trigger automatic account suspension.

3.4 User Reporting

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it to legal@fullrender.com. We investigate all reports promptly.

4. Enforcement Actions

Violations of this policy may result in:

The severity of enforcement depends on the nature, severity, and frequency of violations. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate, including immediate termination without warning for severe violations. Violations involving minors, CSAM, or child endangerment result in immediate, permanent termination and law enforcement referral.

5. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was actioned in error, you may submit an appeal to legal@fullrender.com. Include your account email and a description of the situation. We will review appeals within 5 business days.

Account terminations related to child safety violations are not subject to appeal.

6. Your Responsibilities

By using FullRender, you agree to:

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Moderation Policy as laws, technology, and best practices evolve. Material changes will be posted on the Service. Continued use of FullRender after changes constitutes acceptance.
