Moderation Policy

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use FullRender to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

1.1 Illegal Content

• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Facilitates illegal activities including fraud, money laundering, or trafficking

1.2 Child Safety

• Depicts, suggests, or sexualizes minors in any way
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Content that could be used to groom, exploit, or endanger children

Any suspected CSAM will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

1.3 Violence and Harm

• Promotes, glorifies, or incites violence against individuals or groups
• Contains graphic violence, gore, or torture
• Promotes terrorism or violent extremism
• Encourages self-harm or suicide

1.4 Harassment and Hate

• Targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Constitutes harassment, bullying, stalking, or threats
• Promotes discrimination or hatred

1.5 Non-Consensual Content

• Deepfakes or manipulated media of real persons created without their explicit consent
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content that impersonates real individuals with intent to deceive or defraud

1.6 Misinformation

• Deliberately misleading content designed to deceive the public
• Fake news or fabricated events presented as real
• Content designed to manipulate elections or democratic processes

1.7 Intellectual Property

• Content that knowingly infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Unauthorized reproduction of branded or trademarked materials

2. Restricted Content

The following content is restricted to specific plan tiers and requires age verification:

2.1 Adult Content ("Spicy Mode")

• Available only on Ultimate Plus plans
• Must comply with all applicable laws
• Users must confirm they are 18 or older
• May not depict or reference minors in any context
• FullRender reserves the right to restrict or remove adult content at its discretion

3. Content Moderation Approach

FullRender employs a multi-layer moderation system:

3.1 AI Provider Safety Filters

Third-party AI model providers (WaveSpeed, HeyGen, and others) apply their own content safety filters during generation. Content that violates provider policies may be automatically blocked or modified.

3.2 Platform-Level Review

We may review generated content and user inputs to enforce this policy. Reviews may be automated, manual, or a combination of both.

3.3 User Reporting

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it to legal@fullrender.com. We will investigate all reports promptly.

4. Enforcement Actions

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Warning: A notice that your content or behavior violates our policies
• Content Removal: Immediate removal of the offending content
• Feature Restriction: Temporary loss of access to certain features
• Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account
• Account Termination: Permanent closure of your account without refund
• Legal Referral: Reporting to law enforcement when required by law or when we believe there is a risk of harm

The severity of enforcement depends on the nature, severity, and frequency of violations. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate, including immediate termination without warning for severe violations.

5. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was actioned in error, you may submit an appeal to legal@fullrender.com. Include your account email and a description of the situation. We will review appeals within 5 business days.

6. Your Responsibilities

By using FullRender, you agree to:

• Comply with this Moderation Policy and our Terms of Service
• Not attempt to circumvent content filters or safety systems
• Take responsibility for all content generated under your account
• Report violations you encounter on the platform
• Understand that AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or unintended results

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Moderation Policy as laws, technology, and best practices evolve. Material changes will be posted on the Service. Continued use of FullRender after changes constitutes acceptance.
