1.3 Information from Third Parties

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service, including Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (content delivery and storage), Vercel (hosting), and AI model providers (WaveSpeed, HeyGen, fal.ai) for content generation
• AI Model Providers: Images and prompts you submit are sent to third-party AI providers solely to generate your requested content. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies. We do not control how they handle data after transmission
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity
• With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share information

4. Data We Do NOT Use

• No Model Training: We do not use your uploaded images, videos, or generated content to train AI models
• No Selling Personal Data: We never sell your personal information to third parties
• No Third-Party Advertising: We do not share your data with advertisers

5. Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after deletion for backup and legal purposes
• Generated Content: Stored in your account until you delete it or your account is terminated. Cloudflare-hosted content is retained as long as your account is active
• Payment Records: Retained as required by financial regulations and tax law
• Usage Logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security and analytics purposes

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we maintain about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete your personal information and account through your account settings or by contacting us
• Opt Out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing communication
• Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
