5. Analytics and Advertising
We use the following third-party services to understand how visitors find and use FullRender, and to measure the performance of our advertising. These services may set cookies on your device or send event data from our server. See our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies and pixels involved, and how to opt out.
5.1 Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage statistics, including pages viewed, session duration, and feature engagement. GA4 may set cookies on your device. Data collected through GA4 is processed according to Google's privacy policy.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5.2 Google Ads Conversion Tracking and Remarketing
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Google Search, YouTube, and the Google Display Network. When you visit fullrender.com after clicking a Google ad, Google Ads may set cookies on your device that allow us to attribute later actions (such as signups or purchases) to that ad.
We also use Google Ads remarketing to show you ads on Google's network after you visit fullrender.com. We do not share your name, email, or other directly identifying information with Google through these features. Google may combine the cookie data with information from your Google account if you are signed in to Google.
You can manage Google's interest-based ads at https://adssettings.google.com or opt out of personalized advertising industry-wide at https://optout.aboutads.info or https://optout.networkadvertising.org.
5.3 Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. The Pixel may set cookies on your device. The Conversions API sends limited event data (such as a hashed email address) directly from our server to Meta to support attribution and measurement.
You can manage Meta's ad preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences and https://www.instagram.com/accounts/ads_preferences.
5.4 PostHog
We use PostHog for product analytics, including event tracking, feature flag evaluation, and funnel analysis. PostHog may set cookies on your device. Data is hosted on PostHog's infrastructure and processed under their privacy policy.
5.5 Customer Match and Custom Audiences
If we use Google Customer Match or Meta Custom Audiences to reach existing or prospective customers, we share hashed identifiers (such as a hashed email address) with the platform. The platform uses these hashes only to match against existing accounts on its platform and does not retain unmatched data. We do not share your raw email or any other directly identifying information with the platform through these features.
5.6 Your Choices
You can opt out of all non-essential cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies, through your browser settings or the opt-out tools listed above. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where it is sent by your browser, treating it as a request to opt out of "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
6. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after deletion for backup and legal purposes
- Generated Content: Stored in your account until you delete it or your account is terminated. Cloudflare-hosted content is retained as long as your account is active.
- Payment Records: Retained as required by financial regulations and tax law
- Usage and Analytics Logs: Retained for up to 14 months for security and analytics purposes (consistent with Google Analytics 4 default retention)
- Safety Event Logs: Retained as long as necessary to enforce our Moderation Policy and meet legal obligations
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we maintain about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information and account through your account settings or by contacting us
- Opt Out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing communication

Although we do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, our use of advertising cookies and pixels (described in Section 5) may be considered "sharing" under California law. You can opt out by adjusting your cookie settings, using the opt-out links in Section 5, or by sending the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.
European Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. The legal bases for our processing are: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (improving the Service, marketing measurement, fraud prevention), and consent (where required for non-essential cookies and direct marketing).
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We do not generate content involving anyone under 18. To enforce this, we apply automated detection on uploaded images and submitted prompts to prevent the generation of content involving minors. Repeated attempts to submit such content trigger automatic account suspension. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, as required by U.S. law.
If you believe we have collected information from someone under 18, contact us at legal@fullrender.com and we will promptly delete it. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable international standards on children's data.
9. Data Security

- HTTPS / TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest
- Authentication via Clerk with support for secure third-party sign-in
- Payment processing through PCI-compliant Stripe infrastructure
- Regular security reviews of our systems and third-party providers
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Data Transfers

These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country. By using the Service, you consent to these transfers.
11. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
